Diamond Home Improvement Elves Workshop
Every child will want to stop into the elves workshop area to make a tree
ornament, paint a picture of their favorite lighted display and enjoy the
many other activities the Diamond Home Improvement elves have
planned! Each Wednesday evening the workshop will be open from 6:00 P.M.
to 9:00 P.M. in the Herald and News Entertainment Area.
The workshop will be heated and is very cozy!
Herald and News Entertainment Area
Many of the evenings local groups will provide special holiday music from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Herald And News Entertainment Area. Look each week in the Herald and News for an updated schedule.
ANIMAL ANTICS
The Animal Antics segment of Winter Lights was a huge success in 2007 and will be returning for the second year. Sponsored by, Everett Veterinary Hospital and Boarding House, Inc. the three Sundays' are Dec 2, 9 and 16. The major objective is to invite visitors to bring their pets to Winter Lights as long as it is on a leash, friendly, has a poop bag and is prepared for the cold. The pet must be accompanied by an adult owner.

St. Nick himself and Winter Lights photographer Cesar Espinoza will be on hand all three evenings so come on by! Each souvenir photo is $5.00 and is enclosed in a Winter Lights jacket and will be ready instantly.
Santa Nights at the Del Ellis Construction North Pole Hut
Santa will be coming to Winter Lights each Wednesday evening, plus Nov 22nd, Dec. 22nd, 23rd, and 24th.
Photos will be taken by Espinoza Productions and placed in a Winter Lights souviner jacket for $5.00 each. They will be ready to take home the same night!!!!!!!!!
FLURRY THE ELF at the Del Ellis Construction North Pole Hut
Santa's #1 helper has been assigned by the "Big Guy" to be the official mascot for the Columbia Forest Products Winter
Lights, Presented By, Coldwell Banker-Holman Premier Realty. Flurry
is 270 years old, but she acts so young, and is loaded with the holiday spirit. Flurry is excited about the assignment
and has already begun her tasks of promoting this fabulous event. Flurry will be present every Thursday evening,
plus; December 22nd and 23rd. Photos will be taken by Espinoza Productions and placed in a Winter Lights souviner jacket for $5.00 each. They will be ready to take home the same night!!!!!!!!!
Flurry's Yummy Snack Shop
Located in the Herald and News Entertainment Area is Flurry's Yummy Snack Shop. Everyone's sweet tooth can be filled with yummy snacks and delicious
hot and cold drinks. Look for Flurry's favorite treat, Reindeer Droppings and the North Pole's famous hot chocolate! The snack shop is open from
6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and is operated by your local favorite, Nibbley's Cafe and Bakery.
Gingerbread Gift Chalet
Each visitor will want to visit the Ginger Bread Gift Chalet. Just turn right and follow the snowflake arches and
they will lead you to the door. Inside will be the very popular 3-D glasses, which allow you to look at the light
displays in new formats and funky colors. Also there will be glow sticks, hats, gloves and other holiday trinkets.
Our "Official Gift Partner" is "All Star Trophy", a locally owned and operated business.
Marshmallow and Wiener Roast
Every Thursday evening visitors will gather around the Herald and News Entertainment Area first pit to roast yummy
marshmallows and wieners that can be purchased from Flurry's Yummy Snack Shop. The Klamath County Fire District No. 1
will once again be on site to supervise and administer the event.
Diamond Home Improvement Campfire Rest Area
Visitors will have the opportunity to stop half way and warm their bodies at the campfire. This will also be the perfect
time to chat with other visitors about their favorite displays. Open every evening.
Winter Lights and Klamath-Lake Counties Food Bank Partnership
Winter Lights is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Klamath-Lake Counties Food Bank beginning in 2007. The partnership is designed to help both parties obtain their long-term goals.
Located near the Winter Lights event admission booth area will be a container where people visiting the event can place a food item. In turn, the Food Bank will have Winter Lights souvenir programs available at their holiday booth located in designated stores. This will help make more people aware of the Winter Lights event.
